FAQs
What's your appointment cancellation policy?
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us 72 hour notice. This will allow enough time for the patients on our waiting list to be scheduled during that time.
We reserve the right to charge the full price of the appointment to your credit card on file for all appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 72 hours notice ("late cancellation"). If you are in the Health Reset Program, a missed or cancelled appointment with less than 72 hours notice, your appointment will be forfeited.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time this will be considered a "late cancellation".
If you are less than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be seen for the remainder of your scheduled appointment time and billed for the entire appointment.
We are always trying to help our patients, and can be very understanding, but we ask that you respect our time as well and give advance notice if you plan on missing your appointment.
Can Dr. Sandy Le, ND be my primary care provider?
Although we treat primary care concerns, we cannot be your primary care provider for insurance purposes. We do not have a 24/7 coverage for emergency/urgent concerns after business hours or weekends. We highly recommend our patients to establish care with a local primary care provider for conventional needs that may arise.
Do you take insurance?
As an out-of-network specialist, we do not have contracts with insurance providers/Medicare/Medi-Cal. This means we cannot directly bill your insurance company, file claims or check benefits on your behalf.
For those who have PPO insurance, we can run Quest labs through your insurance. But we cannot check your lab benefits on your behalf.
Is lab testing out of pocket?
Lab testing is essential to diagnosing and treating the cause of your condition! This allows us to target your treatments specifically. However, lab testing is not included in the fees programs, membership, or a la carte visits.
We make every effort to ensure you are well informed of any and all fees associated with getting lab work done prior to collecting the specimen.
Fees for blood testing on your initial visit can range from $150-500 & functional testing can range from $200-400 depending on which test is ordered. If you have PPO insurance, we can run blood testing utilizing your insurance (but you're responsible for checking your lab benefits for coverage information).
What should I complete prior to my visit?
We ask you have all of your questionnaires/intakes/consent forms completed and signed on the patient portal 2 days prior to your scheduled visit.
Please upload any labs and/or imaging to the "Documents" section on the patient portal that you may have had done in the last 3 months so we can review them.
